Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The 4 core templates (Kanban, Notes, Bookmarks, and Habits) are free permanently. No credit card required, no trial period, no surprise paywalls. We believe everyone should have access to great productivity tools.
What's included in the founding member price?
Each founding member bundle includes 6–8 premium templates with lifetime access. You also get all new template drops added to your bundle during Year 1, access to the founding member community channel, priority support, and input on the product roadmap. The price is a one-time purchase — no recurring fees.
How does the Creator Membership commission work?
The Creator Membership costs $19/year and lets you publish templates to the Campshell marketplace. You pay 0% commission on your first $1,000 in sales — you keep every cent. After $1,000, a 10% commission applies, which is still among the lowest rates in any digital marketplace.
Will prices go up?
Founding member pricing is locked in for everyone who purchases during the founding period. Future tiers and bundles may be priced higher, but your purchase price will never change. Early supporters get the best deal.
Do you offer team pricing?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. If you have team needs, reach out to us and we'll work something out. Founding members will get first access to team plans when they launch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through our payment provider. All transactions are processed securely. We plan to add more payment options in the future.
